CIRCULAR # 12/01 – Building, Site and Development Plan of Churches and other Properties

To All Parish Priests
Mosignor/Father:
In response to the Holy Father’s desire for the proper Inventory and Catalogue of the Church’s Cultural Heritage, I hereby order that all Parish Priests must submit to the Chancery, c/o Fr. Decoroso Olmilla, the blue prints of the following:
- Site and Development Plan of the Church, Rectory, Cemetery and Other Properties;
- Building Plans of the said Properties, including their Electrical and Plumbing Connections.
If you find any difficulty in preparing the papers, please contact Fr. Omilla (cellphone # 09176221556), who would be more than willing to assist you.
Let me remind you that no alteration or modification of church properties shall be undertaken without the previous approval of our Administrative Board.
