CIRCULAR # 04/03 – Faculty from the Congregation for the Divine Worship and the Discipline of Sacraments

This matter is long overdue. In line with Resolution No. 14 (on Spirituality) of our Congress last August, and to avail of the faculty given to the priests of Cebu by the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of Sacraments that permit us to celebrate four masses on Sundays and three masses on weekdays where pastoral demands call for such, please fill up the attached form and send it to the Chancery together with your Php 100.00 (one hundred peso) donation. Better still, come to the Chancery for the submission.

Please do this immediately. As I said, this is long overdue. This should have been done last year, after the announcement by Cardinal Vidal in one of our Recollections.
