Vision
Sensitive to the signs of the times and deeply aspiring for fullness of life, we, the Augustinian Recollect Sisters, as a community of Christ’s disciples, inspired by the ideals of our Father St. Augustine, envision ourselves to be authentic consecrated women living with one mind and one heart in God, the Evangelical Counsels in solidarity with the Church of the poor and Sharing Christ’s prophetic mission.
Mission
we commit ourselves to bear witness to Christ presence in the world by the living the Gospel and our Charism which is FRATERNAL CHARITY IN COMMUNITY LIFE, strengthened by a harmonious blend of contemplation and action. Sustained by God’s love and through the material guidance of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we respond to the call of the Church of the Poor for renewed Integral Evangelization through its apostolates and ministries: Catholic Christian Education, orphanages, dormitories, social and pastoral works. With God’s adding grace, we carry out this MISSION with the same enduring love, joy and dedication exemplified by our foundresses.
