Districts 1 and 2 will join the Archdiocesan Closing Ceremonies on April 28, 2010 at 4:30 P.M. at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral.

Advisories for the Clergy to the Closing Ceremonies on April 28, 2010 at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral

1. There will be NO PARKING inside the Cathedral Plaza;
2. Except for a few RESERVED PEWS, sitting is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED arrangement.
3. Vesting area for Bishops and Clergy will be at the Rectory of the Cathedral.
4. Miters will be provided for the Bishops and stoles for the Clergy.
5. Monsignori are to wear their assigned vestments.
6. ONLY CO-CELEBRANTS will join His Eminence in the Processional.  (Officers of the AWROC, Papal Awardees, and Officers of the Council of the Laity (COL) and the Archdiocesan Service Committee (ASC), SHOULD PROCEED TO THE CHURCH UPON THEIR ARRIVAL.)
7. DINNER will be served at the Cathedral Museum.  Dinner Tickets will be distributed during the vesting.
8. Dinner/Food will be served at the following areas:
